Occasionally we drop pre-order items that are not yet available for sale, but will be soon. These items are normally limited runs with higher demand.
Pre-order items are shipped upon arrival at our studio. You will find the relevant shipping info on each of these pre-order product pages.
In the case where you purchase pre-order and in-stock items we will send your orders in two shipments. Available items will ship as per normal shipping methods, with the pre-order items shipping separately.
Our base currency is in South African Rands (ZAR), but you are welcome to toggle your preferred currency in the top-right. At checkout we will convert your cart back to ZAR.

South Africa Orders are normally processed and packed within 2 business days (weekends and public holidays excluded). Orders will normally take 2-3 business days to deliver.

In South Africa we partner with Dawn Wing for all deliveries.
International orders are shipped with DHL Express.
We also have a local Cape Town pickup option from our studio in Gardens. Pickups are normally available the next business day from date of order. (Mon - Fri), 15:30-17:30
Once your order is packed and with our courier partners, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
You will be able to track your order on the Dawn Wing and DHL customer portals.
We always aim to ensure our customers love our garments, but if you do need to return and item, you can start the process by emailing customer care.
Cultish® offers exchanges within 7 business days of the order delivery date. All exchanges must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with all original tags attached. Return shipping will be paid by the customer.
We don't do refunds, but we are happy to exchange for a different size, or colour of the original style you ordered.
We also offer store credit if you don't find something to exchange.
