General

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing, pending product availability and payment verification. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please confirm that all order details are correct before completing the checkout process.

We do not ship on weekends or major holidays. All orders ship from Cape Town or Johannesburg, South Africa.

You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your order has been placed. Please check your spam email folder if you do not see the order confirmation within a few minutes of ordering.

Due to high demand, items may become unavailable even after an order has been placed. In this case, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. For refunds issued to the original payment method, please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

All orders are reviewed by our team and can be cancelled at any time.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive shipping confirmation via email with tracking information.

Orders may experience shipping delays during the festive season, major holidays, and sale periods.

For orders within South Africa, Cultish offers 2-4 day express shipping, flat-rated at R150. When ordering online from multiple stores, an additional R150 will be charged for shipping.

All international orders will be shipped via DHL Express. International orders can take 2-5 business days, depending on location.

Cultish offers worldwide shipping.

Delivery duties and fees are dependent on shipping location. Reach out to customercare@cultish.com with any questions. International orders will be shipped with DHL Express.

To initiate a return, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team here. We allow returns and exchanges within 14 days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with all original tags attached. The original invoice must be included with any return. Failure to do so can delay the processing of your return.

Exchanges can be made for a different size, colour, or style depending on product availability. Exchange shipment will be paid by the customer, unless there was a mistake with the original order.

Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of arriving at our facility. This period may be longer during peak periods. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For refunds issued to the original payment method, please allow 2-5 business days following processing for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

If Cultish determines that any products are not in original condition, a refund or exchange will not be granted and the items will be returned to you.

During sale periods, all sales are final. Cultish reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue markdowns without notice.

We do not participate in price matching with other retailers.

A pre-order is reserving an item that is not yet available for sale but will be soon. Pre-order items are shipped upon arrival, and arrival dates are stipulated on the product page.

Product

Cultish products are crafted with the highest-quality locally sourced materials, design and artistry. We guarantee the authenticity of all products purchased through cultish.com. All Cultish products are individually controlled for quality by our retail specialists.

Some Cultish garments have unique hand-finished qualities. We recommend dry-cleaning unless otherwise instructed on the care label inside the garment.

For Cultish ready-to-wear pieces, we recommend a cold wash with a moderate spin.

All Cultish garments and products are manufactured and sourced in South Africa. Our in-house manufacturing team produces all Cultish garments to ensure high-quality merchandise.

To offer the highest quality garments to our loyal customers, we have two quality-assurance checks to manage quality.

Cultish only offers its merchandise for sale through the following limited methods of distribution :

(3) Authorised speciality stores
(4) Authorised online retailers

Cultish does not offer its merchandise through individuals, street vendors, unauthorised retail locations or websites. To protect our valuable brand and loyal customers, Cultish reserves the right to refuse the sale of products to individuals engaging in reselling.
